The three companies in this group were never meant to stand apart, because in someone’s real life they never do. A damp ceiling is not just a repair — it can be the reason an older person can no longer stay in the home they love. A tenancy is not just paperwork — it is the stability a family needs before anything else can get better.
Property Maintenance is our trades team. Electrical, gas, remedial works, gardening, painting and decorating and every other kind of maintenance, carried out by certified people who turn up when they say they will and leave the place as they found it.
INT Care Solutions is our CQC regulated care company — domiciliary care, complex care and cancer care, delivered by carers who are trained, DBS checked and carefully matched to the person they support. Dignity is not a slogan here; it is the measure we hold ourselves to.
Anchor Housing provides social housing, supported accommodation and residential and commercial lettings and sales, so that the properties our care and maintenance teams look after are properly managed, safe and well kept.
My vision is straightforward: to be the group Birmingham turns to when a home needs looking after — trusted for the standard of our work, the warmth of our care and the way we treat people. We are building that one street, one tenancy and one care plan at a time, from Handsworth outwards.

Back home after a fall, aged 89
A Handsworth resident came home from hospital needing help twice a day. INT Care provided the same two carers at every visit, our maintenance team fitted grab rails and a stair rail within the week, and her family follow the care plan in one shared place. Six months on, she is still living in her own home.
A supported housing void, turned around
A room in one of our supported schemes needed a full refresh before a new resident could move in. Our maintenance team cleaned, repainted, tested the electrics and serviced the boiler in nine days — and INT Care was ready to support the resident from their first day.
Six rental units, one point of contact
A landlord in Lozells was juggling five contractors across six units. Now one contract covers annual gas safety certificates, electrical testing and a gutter and roofline programme — one team, one invoice, and tenants who see the same faces each visit.
